Really nice brunch spot, clean & modern decor with friendly service. Their flat whites are done very well, with a perfect velvety texture, the eggs benedict were substantial with extra crispy bacon & sweet hollandaise sauce. Their flat iron steak is one of the best I've ever had, paired with potatoes, mushrooms, rockets, and a fried egg, was absolutely delicious & will set you up for the day!
Charlotte’s Cloud is the ultimate spot for brunch, coffee, and cocktails. From delicious avocado toast, chia pudding and fluffy pancakes to brewed lattes and creative cocktails, every bite and sip is a delight. Our waiters Josh and Lia were incredibly friendly and made our experience amazing. We’ll definitely be back! Truly a five-star experience!
Lovely, friendly service. The food itself is also really lovely. The standout for me were the yogurt pancakes. Almost like a scone on the outside, but very fluffy on the inside. I really loved their take on a simple dish, really sublime. The coffee (flat white) had great flavour, albeit I feel a little too cool in terms of temperature, but not so much that it would cause an issue.
We were lucky to find a free table for four in the middle of the busy weekend. The service was prompt, and the food was both delicious and satisfying. It made for a truly enjoyable meal. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which added to the experience!
I had a fantastic experience trying the coffee and croissants here. Millie made a very smooth coffee and the croissants were fluffy and squishy. Millie & Josh are wonderful and I can’t wait to come back for a full meal!
Have been waiting to come here for such a long time! Finally managed to and I'm only sad I didn't come sooner. Food was delicious and all served piping hot. But the server (a young blonde lady, sorry I didnt take her name) made our visit most comfortable.
